Plano, TX, 4 May 2023 <\/b>\u2013\u00a0Ribbon Communications Inc.<\/span><\/b><\/a>\u00a0(Nasdaq: RBBN), a global provider of real time communications technology and IP optical networking solutions to many of the world\u2019s largest service providers, enterprises, and critical infrastructure operators to modernize and protect their networks, today announced that European fixed and mobile telephony operator\u00a0Legos<\/b><\/a>\u00a0(Local Exchange Global Operations Services), has selected Ribbon\u2019s\u00a0STIR\/SHAKEN<\/b><\/a>\u00a0solution, to ensure compliance with the MAN (M\u00e9canisme d'Authentification des Num\u00e9ros) Project conducted by the regulator ARCEP. Through this deployment, Legos customers are expected to benefit from increased call trust and a drastic reduction in malicious calls, helping to safeguard them against telephony-based fraud.<\/p>\n

Legos will leverage Ribbon\u2019s expertise through similar implementations in the USA that have well proven benefits to customers. In addition to STIR\/SHAKEN, Legos will add Ribbon\u2019s market leading\u00a0core SBC<\/b><\/a>\u00a0for security and interworking, and\u00a0PSX<\/b><\/a>,<\/u><\/b>\u00a0which delivers session control for VoIP services on SBCs, media gateways and call controllers.<\/p>\n
